Usually,our quality control procedures include the following:
1,Raw material analysis and check steel suppliers certificate.
2,Regular dimensional checking every stage
3,Pitch tolerance checking every 10FT.
4,Hardness checking are carried out 5 parts by 1 furnace time.
We also follow others requirement if customer asking
